Billing, Account, and Commercial Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per commercial order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment Processing & Credit Card Fees

We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check payments. Payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant gateways (Shopify Payments and Authorize.net). For custom or commercial orders, a 3.5% processing fee may apply to credit card transactions. ACH and check payments carry zero surcharge fees.

Agricultural & Product Use Disclaimer

Organitek manufactures high-quality plant nutrition formulas and soil health supplements. Growers are responsible for following recommended feed charts, dilution rates, and local environmental regulations. Organitek is not liable for crop damage, yield variations, or improper product application resulting from misuse, environmental conditions, or deviation from written mixing instructions.

User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send product reviews, customer feedback, or suggestions to us, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for any comments.

In no case shall Organitek, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, crop loss, or business interruption—arising from your use of any of our products or services.
