How quickly will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, breaks, or extreme weather). Orders typically ship within 24 business hours of confirmation. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Our same-day shipping cutoff is 2:00 PM PST.
What shipping options are available?
We ship via UPS, USPS, and motor freight (both LTL and FTL) depending on order size. Please note that product availability varies by state and country. Contact us with any specific carrier questions.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept most major credit cards online. For custom or bulk orders, we accept ACH, checks, and major credit cards. Note: A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. ACH and check payments have zero processing fees.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping depends on the destination country and local product registrations. Please contact customer support to verify international shipping availability and rates for your region.
I accidentally used the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
Please call us or email immediately so we can intercept or adjust the shipment address before dispatch. Please include your order number and the updated shipping address in your message.

How do I mix Organitek powders?
Our powders are formulated to be highly soluble and readily dissolve in warm water:
- Fill a mixing container (e.g., a 5-gallon bucket) to 70% of finished volume with warm RO water.
- Engage an agitator (such as a paint mixer attachment).
- Add the measured weight of powder concentrate and blend for several minutes until fully dissolved.
- Top off the container to the final volume to complete your concentrate.

How do I use the blended formulas?
Once blended, the formula is ready to add directly into your reservoir or feed program according to the appropriate feed chart. Simply dilute per the designated ratio—no additional product blending is needed.
How should I store Organitek products?
As with any nutrient program, store your dry powders and liquid products in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight.
Can I use Organitek products with other nutrient brands?
Yes! Amplify can be seamlessly integrated into any nutrient line. While our core nutrient program is engineered for optimal performance as a complete Organitek system, individual additives work exceptionally well alongside third-party schedules.

Yes! We will work with your facility's calendar to determine your monthly volume needs and establish automated, recurring subscription shipments so you never run out of input stock.
What freight brokers or carriers does Organitek use?
We maintain relationships with preferred freight vendors for optimal pricing, but we are also happy to coordinate with your preferred carrier or freight broker. We always source the most cost-effective, reliable transit modes for your specific delivery location.
