How quickly will my order ship? |
We ship Monday–Thursday, except for holidays, breaks, or for extreme weather. Orders usually go out within 24 hours of confirmation, depending on the shipping method. Tracking details are sent upon dispatch. |

What shipping options are available? |
We ship UPS, USPS, and motor freight (either FTL or LTL) depending on the specific order. Please note, unfortunately, not every product is available in every state or country. Please contact us with any questions. |

What payment methods can I use? |
We accept most major credit cards online and ACH, Checks or most major Credit Cards for all other orders. A fee of 3.5% may be imposed on any credit card transactions. |

Do you ship internationally? |
Shipping depends on the country in question. Unfortunately, not every product is available in every state or country. Please contact us with any questions. |

How do I mix the powders? |
The powders are formulated to be highly soluble and readily dissolve in warm water. Start with a container of your choice (EX: 5-gallon bucket). Fill the container to 70% of finished volume with warm, RO water. With an agitator engaged (EX: paint mixer), add the measured weight of the powder concentrate and blend for several minutes until dissolved. Top the container to the final volume and you are finished blending your concentrate. Check out our downloadable feeding charts and blending instructions here. |

How do I use the blended formulas? |
The blended formula is ready to be added to your program per the feed table instructions. Simply add to your water per the designated ratio. No additional blending of the actual product is required. |

How do I store the product? |
As with any nutrient program, maintain your products in a cool, dry location. |

Can I use Organitek products with other brands? |
Amplify may be used with any nutrient program of your choosing. Our nutrient program is designed for optimal performance as an Organitek system. |

How can Organitek help dial in our program? |
We have worked with countless farms over the years and understand you are juggling many aspects of your grow. Outside of helping you understand your estimated Organitek nutrient costs per run, we also offer professional consulting services for cultivation and management goals. If you prefer to work with your own blend, Organitek also provides white label manufacturing options. |

Are we able to setup subscriptions? |
Yes, we work with you to determine a use estimate plan and will happily schedule a subscription based delivery program. |

What freight broker does Organitek use? |
Although we have our preferred freight vendors, we are happy to work with a vendor of your choice or through your broker as well. As freight is an additional, transparent fee, we are always looking for the most cost effective yet reliable modes of transport for a specific area. |
