RETURN POLICY

You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, and unused items in original packaging qualify for a refund. Return shipping fees and initial shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 - 7 business days of item receipt.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving delivery for any reason and without justification. Returned items must remain unopened and in original packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund including initial standard shipping charges.

RETURN PROCESSING

To initiate a return, contact us at info@organitek.com to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Customers are responsible for securing and paying for return shipping on non-defective returns. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective items. For returns involving promotional bundles or free gifts, all promotional items must be returned; otherwise, the retail value of the unreturned promotional item will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement. Please email photos of the damaged merchandise and packaging along with your order details. We replace items for the exact product purchased. If the item is no longer available, we will issue store credit or send an identically priced replacement with your written approval. (Organitek covers all shipping fees for damaged or defective items.)

INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your full name, invoice, and photos of the incorrect item. We will ship the correct product immediately along with a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect item.
