Standard Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and extreme weather events). Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of order confirmation. Please note that our same-day shipping cutoff is at 2:00 PM PST. Once your package ships, tracking details will be emailed to you immediately.
Our preferred carriers for the continental United States are UPS and USPS, with standard transit times of 2–7 business days.
For international orders, please contact us directly at info@organitek.com for custom shipping rates and estimated transit times.
Motor Freight & LTL Shipping
For large commercial orders, pallet shipments, or bulk deliveries, we offer motor freight options through our preferred freight carriers or your preferred logistics provider. Please contact customer support to coordinate freight delivery and receive custom freight quotes.

Local to the area? You can save on shipping by picking up your order directly at our facility at The Busted Knuckle Ranch.
Pickup Hours & Guidelines:
- Hours: Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (Facility closed for pickups on Fridays).
